MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIONThe Executive Master of Business Administration degree program is primarily designed for working professionals, allowing them to earn their MBA degree without interrupting their careers. The degree program consists of 36 credit hours of course work delivered through a non-traditional fast track format. The Executive MBA degree program consists of three core clusters totaling 27 credit hours, plus one concentration cluster of nine credit hours. Students must choose an MBA concentration from among the following: Organizational Management, Entrepreneurship, and Non-Profit Management.
The MBA program is offered with a non-traditional "Fast-track" delivery format. Fast-track MBA students complete one cluster of three courses per academic session, attending once a week, one course at a time. The format is uniquely designed so that students can attend evening or weekend classes once a week, completing one intensive course at a time. This, in turn, permits students to receive intensive training in one subject area, before moving on to the next.
REAL WORLD KNOWLEDGE
Our MBA faculty is largely composed of corporate executives who are active in their fields of expertise, while our Business Advisory Board (BAB) is composed of outstanding community and industry leaders. This level of exposure supplies our students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to manage a business in today’s competitive environment.
CONVENIENT SCHEDULES
Our classes are regularly offered in the evenings, on weekends and online. This convenient schedule allows our students to earn their Business degree from a regionally accredited university without overlooking the demands of their careers and their busy family life.
SMALL CLASS SIZES
Our small classes are among our greatest advantages at the MBA level. By maintaining an average class size of under 15 students, our students benefit from a more supportive learning environment, where interaction between faculty and students is a key component of academic success.
APPLIED LEARNING
Our curricula emphasize learning the links between education, training and employability skills. Case discussions, lecture series and teamwork provide our students with the practical skills they need for today’s work environment, while theoretical knowledge empowers them to lead their organizations within today’s multicultural context.
MENTOR MATCH PROGRAM
Our MBA students benefit from a unique web-based Mentor-Match program, where they are matched with members of our Faculty and Business Advisory Board (BAB), providing them with an outlet for independent, confidential advise on business, career issues and the difficult challenges of balancing graduate studies with family and work. This program also grants our MBA students a unique opportunity to meet and network with prominent business and community leaders.
