ACCELERATED PACE
The BBA’s upper division core courses are offered via a non-traditional “Fast-track” delivery format. Fast-track BBA students complete one cluster of three courses per academic session, attending once a week, one course at a time. The format is uniquely designed so that students can attend evening or weekend classes once a week, completing one intensive course at a time. This, in turn, permits students to receive intensive training in one subject area, before moving on to the next.

CONVENIENT SCHEDULES
Our classes are regularly offered in the evenings, on weekends and online. This convenient schedule allows our students to earn their Business degree from a regionally accredited university without overlooking the demands of their careers and their busy family life.

SMALL CLASS SIZES
Our small classes are among our greatest advantages. By maintaining an average class size of under 15 students, our students benefit from a more supportive learning environment, where interaction between faculty and students is a key component of academic success.

CREDIT FOR PRIOR LEARNING AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Admitted students with prior work experience may obtain up to 30 college-level credits by following a rigorous evaluation process, which includes the registration in a specialized 3-credit course, the submission of a “Credit for Prior Learning” portfolio and evaluation by members of the faculty. Prior learning credits may not be used to satisfy Upper division core requirements.

APPLIED LEARNING
Our curricula emphasize learning the links between education, training and employability skills. Case discussions, lecture series and teamwork provide our students with the practical skills they need for today’s work environment, while theoretical knowledge empowers them to lead their organizations within today’s multicultural context.

REAL WORLD KNOWLEDGE
Our faculty is largely composed of corporate executives who are active in their fields of expertise, while our Business Advisory Board (BAB) is composed of outstanding community and industry leaders. This level of exposure supplies our students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to manage a business in today’s competitive environment.
